Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

I always intended to do another set of PPC's, but then work happened, so now part two!!

Anywho!
There were a LOT of people that wanted in on the second set of PPC's; so they get priority on their PPC(please note me or dm me on twitter @dyemooch if you are still interested!), but I'll throw up a queue of 10 anyway. I may add on 5 more if these fill up fast, too.

Prices and procedures:
Digital only commissions(as in you are sent a hi res file online)
$2.50 get you one character on an 8.5" x 11" 300 dpi image
$5.00 gets you up to 4 characters on either two 8.5" x 11" 300 dpi images, or one 11" x 17" 300 dpi image.

PAYPAL only please! I'll draw the image and send you a lo-res(72dpi) watermarked image via note/dm/e-mail(which ever you are more comfortable with) and I'll send the hi-res after your payment sends(I will give you the e-mail to send paypal monies to at that time).

I definitely intend on revisiting that list; the Pizza Party Commissions are usually done with fast(about 10-20 minutes each), so I can knock them out right away.
