I......hmn...
So I can't scan anything...still...so I just pulled out photoshop and went to town. Yeah...the coloring is lazy. REALLY lazy. Like...90% of the back-lights and the main lights are gradients. The darker values actually took some effort. Nothing GRAND, but meh.
Not the most ATTRACTIVE style for SD TF's...but you get the picture, huh? It's Megatron in a "VIEWTIFUL JOE" SD...chibi...style...thing.

I should actually DRAW Viewtiful Joe...for all the VJ-inspired pics I've done lately......the whole two..

The art is REALLY crummy in this one; the style allows some leniancy on flaws, but the ink job WAS rushed(I tried to finish the inking in 20-30 minutes; which I ended up spending somewhere around 15-20 minutes on instead because I'm lazy and just pulled out the line-tool and the polygonal lasso tool for the inking). His cannon looks FLAT, but forgive me?
I would LIKE to do one of Prime, and maybe various other bots, but I'll probably do an Optimus and call it a day.

...and I had originally put down the "grid lines" in the background, but I had the digi-stamp I made a whiles ago that I thought I'd bring back for the picture.
I Should have colored this in a VJ-ish style, just to add to the whole "shabbang", but oh well on that.

BAAAH. XD I kinda like it though- despite it's noticeable flaws(and what WAS I THINKING with that chin-guard?!).
