I dunno what this was about, but I liked it and decided to go ahead and post.
This was done last year- in Sketchbook #3; not the best, but not the worst. I thought it was okay.

Oh wow, I can't believe I didn't see this before o.o The vibrant and angry red, with the subtle use of yellow and orange give this so much raw energy. I don't think the lineart would have as much impact without the bg colours. The sketch figure is just awesome, I love doing this sort of thing myself, nice thick and thin line weights and blocked out areas working together is always very groovy to see. ...... wow.
