As the story now stands:
Frenzy = Jump Drive

As it was originally planned for:
Frenzy = Intelligence Unit with advanced crypto functions. So advanced that only a character that we couldn't use could read.

Oh, and Alex did some sweet designs for.

Read into that what you must, but none of us can confirm or deny anything. Yet.
