Definitely not my best work- but I was looking to do something quick for this. I bought the Fantastic Planet soundtrack off of Amazon(AFTER SO MANY YEARS OF SEARCHING FOR A CHEAP VERSION OF IT!) and had to draw this. This is one of the Draags that is confronted by the Ohms outside the park. He dies. I just wanted to draw something related to this WONDERFUL soundtrack XD!!!
So many errors, so many errors... I'd put this in scraps, but I don't see too many Fantastic Planet/La Planète Sauvage related art on dA... :D Wiki says that a remake of this movie is planned for 2010... hopefully it'll be just as trippy with it's psychedelic ambient music!

Awesome movie! did you know this is one of the inspirations to Avatar? James Cameron is a huge fan of this movie and other adult animations, animated movies and even Japanese animated movies and Sci-fi/fantasy novels/movies.

There are similarities to Avatar in FP and it's like he combined Last of the Mohicans, Nausicaa and FP in one movie.
